Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

At TJCamper, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read the following terms carefully before lodging a return or warranty claim.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return eligible items within 7 to 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • A restocking fee of 10–20% may apply

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Returns Due to Faults or Damage

If your product:

  • Has a manufacturing defect, or

  • Arrives damaged (where delivery was arranged by us)

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product or of our installation.

To process your claim:

  • Contact us with your order number

  • Provide photos and a brief description of the issue

We will assess your claim within 3–5 business days  after we received the claim.

If your product is confirmed to be faulty, you may be eligible for:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free replacement, or

  • A free repair

In these cases, return shipping will be covered by TJCamper.

Warranty Policy

  • Nation-wide product warranty: 2 – year on structure and material, 1-year on parts (locks, gas struts, lights etc.)

What’s Covered:

  • Structural faults (e.g., frame, seals, hinges, gas struts)

  • Material defects under normal use

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications

  • Wear and tear, rust, or fading due to extreme environmental exposure

  • Improper installation

To lodge a warranty claim, please contact us with:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description and photos of the issue

We will review the claim and provide a repair or replacement where applicable.

Return Instructions

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Our team will provide you with the necessary steps and return address information.

Disclaimer

TJCamper reserves the right to interpret, modify or apply this policy on a case-by-case basis, at its sole discretion.

RETURN POLICY

 

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

TJC offers a 24 Month warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty covers all structural and mechanical aspects of the item, Including locks, gas struts, hinges etc.

Any defect found within 24 hours of receiving the product must be reported immediately to TJC ( to Email  info@tjcamper.com.au)

Warranty also does not cover any damage caused by natural disaster or severe weather events.

Warranty does not cover theft or attempted theft of items or any damage which occurs.

If the product purchased does NOT fit your application, the return is also offered, the claim must be reported within 24 hours after sign on arrival (or pickup from TJC factory).

Any item subject to claim must be reported to TJC with full details of the product fault as well as photo evidence.

TJC will first attempt to fix faults before offering a replacement. A reasonable local repair quote can be accepted. All the local repair cost must be approved by TJC

If a product does not have a replacement, or a replacement out of stock for 14 days then a refund will be issued.

All return freight costs are liable to the purchaser

Return times must be agreed in advance.

 

HOW TO CREDIT RETURNS?

Customer is required to pay return freight.

Any freight costs in the initial purchase will not be refunded.

Refund will be issued the same way as to how the payment has been made.

TJC will do full refund within 3 business days after the item arrived.

Transactions are conducted under the TJC brand and include a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects as well as defects in materials and workmanship. The purchase date can be found on the electronic receipt and paper invoice delivered with the toolbox.

TJC will maintain an accurate record of the transaction.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers all structural and mechanical components of the product, but excludes: locks, gas struts, hinges, lights, handles, etc., which are covered by a 12-month warranty.

The warranty does not cover: damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence.

Surface damage (such as scratches, rust, or other defects) is normal over time.

Important: Any defects discovered within 24 hours of receiving the toolbox must be reported to TJC immediately by phone or email. Failure to report within this period will be considered normal wear and tear.

Warranty Expiration
The warranty expires if the product is used for unintended purposes or modified in any way.

Improper installation may also void the warranty. Items given away during promotional periods are not covered under warranty.

The warranty does not cover theft, attempted theft, or any damage caused by such incidents.

Warranty Claims

Making a Claim: Any item requiring warranty coverage must be reported directly to TJC or by emailing   info@tjcamper.com.au.

Before processing a warranty claim, we need you to provide complete details of the product malfunction and photographic evidence.

Processing: TJC will first attempt to repair the malfunction before offering a replacement product. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.

Return Policy

Return Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser.

If a warranty claim is deemed invalid, all related costs will be borne by the customer.

Return Process: If a return is required, we will contact you to arrange pickup.

For pre-made standard products, we only accept returns due to a change of mind within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the product is unused and in restockable condition.

Customized products are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Conditions: Returns are not accepted without prior consent.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Initial shipping costs at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

A 20% handling fee will be charged on all returns.

Packaging: Customers must properly pack items to avoid damage during transportation. TJC is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transportation.

Liability: TJC is not responsible for any items lost during transportation.
